Why is there a delivery charge?
:: The reason that we did not offer "free delivery" is that we do not want to penalise the majority for the sake of minority. For example, the delivery to Kuala Lumpur is RM 10 and the delivery to Port Klang is RM 50. If we average out the delivery cost, it will be RM 30. We could easily add the RM 30 to our product price and claim "free delivery". Now, we know that the majority in Kuala Lumpur will have to bear the extra of RM 20 (RM 30 - RM 10 = RM 20) for the sake of minority who want to send to Port Klang. As such, we felt that the customers would benefit more if we split the product price and shipping charges, there by enabling them to enjoy greater savings.
